You think of the past & become depressed, you think of the future & become anxious, & not ever feeling at rest.
Being present is truly a present, and a gift all on its own.
As you surrender yourself to the presence, think of the past as a reflection of your now. The stepping stone to the next destination. As you surrender, think of the future as a sensory reminder to what you’re looking forward to.
Don’t set any expectations. Go for the feeling.
NOW ITS TIME TO RELEASE, AND LET GO TO WHAT’S NO LONGER FEELING GOOD TO YOU. TO WHATEVER’S NOT FUELING YOUR ENGINE.

I cried today.
Thinking things would be different. But knowing it wouldn’t be. The anxiety took over, because I was excited for our reunion.
I’m tired of riding the same ride. The rollercoaster was a thrill in the beginning, but now it’s just making me feel sick to my stomach. A deep cleanse from the toxins I held in, because I thought it was nutrition for my body.
Instead it was poison to my soul.
The depression fogged my mind, making me think I needed you when I deserved better.
The stress the anxiety. It’s time to release it, again.
The hardest part is putting the idea into action. Letting go of the things, and people, who make you cry. This is your life, is that how you want to spend your time?

Start with stretching your neck. Bring your chin down, and then center. Up, center, and twist side to side. Exhale to release into the stretch. Inhale as you move into the next. Do the same for your back and wiggle your toes.
Reminder: inhale to set yourself up for the pose/exhale to deepen and to lengthen. Take your time 10 to 20 breaths, 3-7 mins.
Breathe.
Relax.
Breathe.
Tune in.
Breathe.
Let it out.
Inhale, exhale to release
and re-lease again.
