Falling For Fall & Ready…

Fall and winter are amongst us, and like the changes in the seasons, we change as individuals. Well some of us, if we’re aware of it. I admit, I’m one of those whose affected by the seasonal changes. Yet here I am living in California LOL. I am sensitive to all the changes around me, but being aware of these changes, and how it affects me, helps determine what I need to do. I absolutely LOVE the fall season, spring being my second favorite. Now don’t get me wrong, I enjoy the summer, not so much the winter, but it is all about making the best of it. That’s why I am a huge fan of mother nature, as she teaches us to change even when we are not ready for it, or simply embracing what is there. Presence.

And speaking  about presence. That’s exactly what I’ve been, and will continue working on. I know I haven’t written on here in a few months, but I have been writing a little more in my journal. There is just some things that you have to do for yourself, and without the world knowing. Nothing major, except growing and learning, and embracing the fact that it is an everlasting event. Growing and learning. I also been working on holistic healing, and wanted to share my other website with you.

I was first introduced to CBD oil from a roommate, who uses it to treat a variety of health problems, and I must say I’m INLOVE! This will not get you high like marijuana, however, it will provide other side effects that are quite necessary for a overall healthy body/mind. Of course you have to consider other factors in your life that may be contributing to whatever type of health mishap you’ll like to release, but I do recommend checking out the website, in which will provide more information. Anyways, getting back to the discovery of changes, embrace it, challenge it, and learn to be flexible with it.

Getting Back To MEnimalism :)

It has been about 4 to 5 years of practicing minimalism, and it’s gotten a lot easier a long the ways. However, we all know that minimalism isn’t just about the materials, it is also about the non-materials that can bunch up into our lives and our minds. The people, our type of work, hobbies, foods, etc. I’ve been trying to get back to the basics of eliminating anything that no longer serves me. And also eliminating myself from anything that no longer needs my services . I remember having this feeling back in 2010/2011 and ended up getting rid of my FaceBook, this time going on for 7 years. I’ve decided to leave my social platforms for work/creativity. I feel the further I get away from it, the better I feel. The same feeling of not getting involved in other “toxic entertainments” like the news, or other TV programs. I am ready for a deep cleanse, and want to encourage everyone as well. It is time to get back to the basics, and appreciate the simplicity of our own lives. We need to make more time for what really matters with ourselves. Now, this is a personal challenge, and not to say everyone has to do it, but to at lease try it and give yourself a break from time to time. I believe in the importance of adding value to your life, and sometimes that means stepping back, so you can go forward.

So what is there to do with your time?

  • CREATE

Spark up your interest/creation by doing something fun.

  • APPRECIATE

What is going on in your life right now? Can you make changes to it? What can you do to show your appreciation?

  • Do Something New

What is something you’ve always wanted to try?

  • Relax and Enjoy

You don’t have to always find something to do. Sometimes doing nothing is all the enjoyment you need at that time.

Take little steps for bigger rewards. And know that it’s okay to be missing out sometimes, it is not the end of the world :).

He Said He Loves Me…

He Said He Loves Me…

Of course he did. And maybe he thought he did.

What does love mean to you? Maybe that’s what it was all along, and maybe we were both loving each other wrong.

We loved differently………

He said he misses me. And maybe he does.

But on the other hand all of that missing was the feeling I don’t miss when we once was.

It’s too late for all of the that, so he can miss me with the bullcrap. 

He said I was right. And I knew he would say that. They always do.

But it was never about being right or wrong, it was about being true…all along.

All the things he says to me now, doesn’t even matter now…..

I’ve always thought that was funny. The similarities of one wanting something so badly back then, and all of the sudden now the other.

It’s too late for all of that, so he can tell me he loves me, he can tell me he misses me, and that I was right all along…None of those sayings matter at this point, especially when you could have said back then.

Maybe those feelings weren’t valid then as they are now, but so are mine. I thought, and I’ve said a lot, but after time apart, I realized that I was right, and where I am now is where I belong.

Too bad you had to learn this way, but what more can I say…

This is how you’ll keep your frequency going. Find the positive, and don’t be afraid to show it…..

Go ahead and look back, but don’t ever allow the past to attack. You’ve gone through enough already, so instead reflect….

What have you learned?

What will you take with you towards your upcoming lessons? You have another chance, and you will continue to have them, such a blessing.

See the beauty of it all. The ups, the downs, the smiles the frowns. All of these experiences are here to guide you, which way are you willing to take?

Which path is real, and which one is fake?

The action is up to us, so what will it take?

You are standing after that last fall, and that last one was pretty tough. Sometimes you feel like not getting up…..but you did, and it was good enough.

Realize what you did, how far you came, don’t ever water-down your mountain. It’ll turn into a big clod of mud, instead of an accomplishment. Your little successes deserve some recognition too. Give yourself more credit, and love yourself a little more too.

Remind yourself to keep going, but when you look back, know that you had to overcome that. You are here now, the past is back there now, but being here has allowed you to be prepared for the next round.

It’ll be easier this time around.

And you got it, the resilience you have is of nothing short of brilliance. Sometimes you see the test, and other times you feel tested. Being an overachiever, you already passed it, so think ahead, and enhance it.

See the beauty of it all.

You are still wearing that crown, no matter how many times you fall down.

And you do it with grace,standing there face to face with yourself. Only you are holding yourself back, and you know that.

But this time, looking in the mirror, you reflect once again. It’s been digested before, and this time you’re positively sure.

The beauty of it all, quite the figure of speech. It’s more than an external visual, and more like the state of BEing.

It is reflected from how you are feeling…

I Feel Too Much, so I’m often misunderstood. So many people are busy caught into their own feelings, and not seeing the whole picture as they should. It’s funny when I do, and yet some see it as being weak, not realizing that it actually takes a lot of strength. Not dealing with someone, or something, is a decision to deal with something, or someone better. An unmatched competition. People become upset whenever I choose myself, and to make it clear I will forever choose her over anyone else…… I Feel Too Much, and you can’t even lie, the words I’ve expressed has you surprised. Misunderstood, yet again, but it’s my fault you can’t comprehend? I often ask myself what world are we living in, but then I realize that I’m the one who’s an alien. I Feel Too Much, and know my limits, you refuse to feel as much, and so you’ll continue to lose that much……….. I’ve learned the feelings must be mutual in order for me to thrive. You’ll get what you see, and I can promise you that here are no lies. I Feel Too Much, so it’s important you comprehend me. I like the push, it lets me know that deep down you are feeling me…….. I Feel Too Much, and it’s the same of what I want, so if you cannot look into my iIis then you are hiding something, expose your lies…. I Feel Too Much, so it is important for me to feel trusted, and if you cannot do the same for me, then it is too late, you were already busted.

Ask Yourself…

Are you living your life fearfully or are you fulfilled fully?

I don’t know about you, but so much has changed for me in the year, but I couldn’t be happier where I am now. It took a lot out of me to get here, but now that I am here, I’m not leaving.

My “here” is myself….. Doing things that make me feel coMpletE….

Realizing that changes take a lot of sacrifices, and redirecting your focus, A LOT not just a time or two. It is different. You are becoming different, so this requires doing things differently. It is so uncomfortable, but that’s okay, we embrace it…we must learn to.

Life is seriously like a roller coaster, the thrill can be scary, excited, unsure, etc. But we must still learn to enjoy the ride. Or like when you’re commuting somewhere for the first time, you never know how the traffic is going to be until you drive. Just buckle up and go. Ask yourself, are you living, or are you just alive? Check in with yourself sometimes, and know that it is okay to take that step back to check in. Often times we’re just coastin’, and floatin’ through the days and become burnt out from it. Pause, breathe….or breathe, stretch, shake, let it go LOL (music break). Anyhow, take a break from your tasks…Living is not just about working, creating, eating, cleaning, and what have you, sometimes you just need to chill and not do anything. Or maybe you need to hang out around other people, or maybe alone. Ask yourself what you need to do so you can learn to live life fully, and in that moment…don’ just float around, you are not a balloon.

Remind yourself of this daily, it takes practice, but maybe you’ll become more aware of this and learn to appreciate your days, or learn to make them better…You deserve the best after all right?
