Why is SELFLOVE Important to YOU?

I’ve always believed that self-love helps heal the world.

I used to feel pretty corny about being all positive and uplifting, but I found it helped, and continues to, especially while going through stressful situations.

I firmly believe that those who truly care and value themselves as a person, treats others the same. You dont see uplifting selfloving individuals going around belittling others. For the most part, you see them sharing and encouraging others to care more for themselves. I get there are some fun-loving people who promote themselves as such, but deep down they’re not. This is why self-love is a practice and should be taken seriously.

Life is precious, and we can spend a lot of the time stressing, or doing things that eventually lead to some level of stress. Do you ever take the time to put the same effort to your health & wellbeing. We can take ourselves for granted.

Self love DOES NOT mean you’re obsessed with yourself, have a big ego, or conceited. You can have any one of those traits and STILL not have self-love. Self-love to me, simply means you are aware of how to feel and take the steps to take care of yourself.

Selflove is not being afraid to accept yourself and knowing the work comes from within.
