My ideal day looks as simple as it can get. As a HSP (highly sensitive person), less is more in my eyes. I enjoy waking up early, practicing yoga (at home or at the beach), and meditating in silence. My ideal day involves having tea, reading, and/or writing, which I find very calming to my mind and spirit. I would then walk my dog and explore the city by paying attention to all of my sensitive senses while practicing self awareness. My ideal day has very little to no talking, because I can almost talk all day with my clients, and as much as I love it, I need breaks!
Ideally, my day is quiet and peaceful. HSP can easily become wound up because of their sensitivity. I can hear deeply, and some noises are too much for me. I can see clearly, and some sights are not as visually appealing. However, sometimes I enjoy it. Seeing something beautiful like the ocean, hearing the birds, tasting yummy food while feeling amazing under good weather.
As you can tell, my ideal day involves taking care of my overstimulation because it calms me and helps support my overactive brain. It also involves playing, or going places with my dog. She is simply the best companion and likes the same things I like LOL.

Your blog is short and to the point. The word combinations you use draw a clear picture of HSP and how you are dealing with HSP in your life. Insightful reading for me.
