When you look at the benefits, you’ll realize why you should incorporate strength training as apart of your fitness routine. Some people make the impression that I LOVE working out, but I don’t. There are far more other things I enjoy. However, I love the benefits and need to work out,  otherwise my joints will begin to talk.

I come from a dance background,  but have gained weight (over 40lbs in the past), injured myself, and battled with depression. The list could go on. BUT, I found a better way of living through taking better care of myself, and it all began with my health and fitness journey.

Working out doesn’t have to be 2 hours at the gym. At The Perfect Workout, we believe in quality workouts in less time. There are NO age requirements! This program caters to everyone & still customizes workouts to the clients personal goals.

As much as I am an enthusiast of self care and self love, taking care of yourself comes in many elements, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. The more you take care of what your body’s needs, and learn about yourself, the better you can live your life being the BEST version of yourself.
