Creating energy within yourself has a lot to do with your intention. when you wake up in the morning what is the first thing you do?
Oftentimes, we create a routine not intentionally, but our daily lives become a routine. It’s as if we’re becoming robots. When you become more mindful of what you’re doing, you become more aware of initializing the steps to achieve whatever you’re trying to achieve, and not just going with the flow.
You really are a miracle, you have a universe inside you, and it’s your duty to enhance your universal abilities. It just takes time and energy to mix in with your intention.
It can be challenging trying to figure out how to begin your day, and it does not have to be the same as all of the other days… It’s more of listening to yourself and figuring out what you need in that moment.
Find what works for you.
Do you wake up first thing in the morning drinking a ton of water, brushing your teeth, scraping your tongue, meditating, etcetera. Or will that work better for you midday, or later in the evening… Or does it vary on the days of the week and your schedule…
