How do you rid extra energy?

Ever feel like punching a person? But you’re too good of a person to do such a thing. The secret is to PUNCH IT OUT on the bag, something we’d used to say during our kickboxing workouts hahahaha. There’s nothing like a good sweat session to help release it ALL.

😆🤔🙌🏿😌

Health and fitness has been my passion for the past 14 years, and I’m mostly passionate about how good I feel afterwards.

I remember that feeling. Sluggish, after waking up, irritable and uncomfortable, I didn’t like how I felt, but people like to claim “you’re fine” because of how you look from the outside.

I felt disgusted. I lacked the energy and even lacked confidence. I wasn’t feeling right, I wasn’t feeling like myself. I felt like I was losing her, watching myself walk away from myself. It was sad what I thought of her.

I was in my early 20s going through a major transition, but didn’t know what it was. I honestly felt like I was shifting and needed to stop resisting this change. I didn’t have guidance, but I had the wisdom, and I didn’t have the tools, but I had myself.

Forget about food that’s not good for you, unhealthy relationships are just as bad. Our environment plays a major role. You cannot expect to be healthy around unhealthy people.

People who don’t care to change don’t in the heck want to see you do it either. Unconsciously, it makes them uncomfortable. Have you noticed the support, or lack thereof around you?

Switch things up, and realize what you’re putting yourself through. We cannot expect those to change or show us support because we see a vision for OURSELVES. You change for yourself! You do the work for yourself.

The right people and support will come your way. But you first you have to get rid of those things, or people, who are depleting you, or not good for you. The first step is getting your mind right, because you’re going to have to start making better and healthier decisions.

There are so many ways to get in shape. You don’t, and shouldn’t have to limit yourself to one thing. Have fun with it and explore your options.

Kickboxing is one of my favorite cardio exercises. All you need is some bomb music, a bag, gloves, and a friend to join ya for some EXTRA fun!

No matter what kind of day you’re having, sweating it out is such a good way to relieve EVERYTHING. You don’t have to workout 1 or 2 hours. In my opinion, less is more. Give it one day at a time, but do what you can. Every day is different and does NOT have to be identical to the last.

Take your time and channel your innerG. There’s a lot of motivation around you.
