Some people may not have the courage to better themselves due to the fear of change, fear of failing, or maybe they’re too comfortable with their current phase in life. Whatever the case may be, we can lose sight of our passions because of giving in to negative circumstances. Instead, we need to turn those excuses into motivation!
As a fitness instructor and yoga teacher, the number one question I get asked is “how do I keep motivated?”. The answer to that is, I don’t. We can’t expect to get motivated and then stay there. Motivation will come and go throughout life, but the key is discipline. Being disciplined (for me) is what keeps the motivation.
Even when you don’t FEEL like it, you still DO it.
There will be days where you just don’t feel motivated, and that’s okay, but still do your best that day.
Don’t give in to the excuses, and don’t give in to the temporary temptations when they can possibly affect you permanently.
It’s okay if your best today doesn’t look like the best from the other day. The more you’re able to push through, the more you will seek motivation instead of waiting for motivation to seek you….
Well you’re here, let’s workout!
