How do you cater to your divine self?

My selflove journey has introduced many ways to increase my divinity. Something simple as treating yourself to some body butter can be just as pleasant as gifting yourself a spiritual nap (meditation and napping afterwards) lol. I’ve learned that my divine self loves simplicity. Reading a good book, sunbathing, turning off technology, taking an epsom salt bath, etc. Whenever I notice me taking care of myself I feel a sense of love and positive vibes. Sometimes we don’t think of what we’re doing at that given moment, and maybe we’re just used to doing things for ourselves. But when you actually take notice of the care you give yourself, how do you feel during those times. Earlier when I was doing my hair (twisting my locs) I noticed how refreshed I felt. Although twisting the roots of 78 dreadlocks can be a dread, much like life, I couldn’t help but to feel refreshingly beautiful. My divine self is simple, quiet, and reserved. She is very content in her own skin (clothed or not).

My divine self is trustworthy and stress-free. She doesn’t worry about anything and has a high sense of knowing. She has faith that everything will be fine. My divine self doesn’t feel the need to prove anything to anyone. She goes about her day knowing that what is aligned will come to her. She knows force doesn’t work, but she is the force to be reckoned with. She understand less is more and the more she learns about herself the less she needs from this world. She is the world in her own right and it is only her divine self that helps to balance it. Her vibe creates her tribe, her wisdom allows her to explore, and her life’s experience enhances her soul. She caters to her divine self by doing the minimum she can. It grows becoming an internal and external movement for her mind, body, and soul.

Affirmation

My divine self is selfless to my physical self. She knows when to slow down, and I’m becoming more aware of how to cater to her needs. She meets me half way and provides me with certainty.
