AHAM PREMA Mantra

It is said to chant 108 times, but I say to chant as many time as you’ll like, as long as it feels good to you! This is one of the points of practicing.

The AHAM PREMA mantra is translated as ” I am divine love”.

What does this mean to you?

For me, your divine self is the highest self achievable. You want to do ALL things LOVE. Practice this mantra to get back to your self love, your divine self, your higher self.

We sometimes lose ourselves under circumstances we may or may not have control over, but moving on is how we get our power back. Affirm what you want out of your life, by saying and taking action!
