Refocus my energy to get closer to my potential.
As a person who absorbs the energy around me, I have to be careful of my surroundings.
As a person who gives out energy, I have to be mindful of the vibes surrounding me.

It is my duty to bring peace to our/my yoga practice. It is my duty to bring clarity and encourage your/my body to move. Don’t be afraid to let go, don’t be afraid to honor yourself/myself. (Repeat as many times as you like)
What are your MANTRA’s?
Today’s practice consisted of energizing the body, and re-centering yourself.
A lot of us are working from home, while already having to stay in.
Our minds begin to feel warped, and our bodies begin to feel restless.
Yoga is not just for your body, it helps calm the mind, and eases the soul.
As it energizes the body, the mind is also provoked. Your soul is awaken, and you’re able to relax.
The hardest thing about yoga, is not doing yoga. Everyday is an opportunity.
Breathe (pranayama practice), set your intentions (what is your mantra today?), move around (free the body from its daily wearies), or nourish yourself (practice ayurvedic remedies).
