With more time on my hands, I’ve been really focusing on conditioning my body. Working on strengthening, toning, and overall challenging myself in different ways.
As a slow motion strength training specialist. I may come off a bit bias by saying slower is better, but truthfully it is…well for many reasons.
For one, you are less likely to injure yourself. Going slow allows you to focus on what you’re working out without having to rely on momentum you get from swinging.
Secondly, you build muscle faster. This is because going slower allows your muscles to continue working longer, making them stimulated for a longer period with each movement.
ALL YOU NEED IS 20 MINUTES!
On average I suggest workingout for 30 minutes, however with greater intensity and slower movements you can workout less. The goal is to fatigue your muscles.
