Some people believe they don’t have time, but in reality you’re not making the time. Working out doesn’t have to be time consuming, so what’s your other excuse? Most of us dread our workouts, but understand it’s better to do it than not. I tell my clients they can complain all they want, they just have to put in the work. Even a little effort is better than none, but my goal is for you to work as hard as you can during that session. In just 30mins, or less, you’ve already done the work. Let’s make it fun let’s make it count, just show up & leave the rest behind for now.
