Themed Yoga: What’s in your practice today?

We can be our own worst critic and question ourselves, instead of trusting ourselves. When will we allow ourselves to let go, and allow our bodies take control?

Yoga is about celebrating, and allowing our bodies and minds to feel free. Each flow and pose does not have to be executed “perfectly” for you to feel accomplished. It’s all about the movement, and the effort you put into it. Savasana (corpse pose) gives us the space to fill the accomplishment after completing a session & the practice doesn’t end there.

I want my clients to feel special, because you are. But I want them to actually feel it too. Yoga is such a powerful practice if you choose to let go! Don’t allow the ego to get in the way, because of having doubt, or fear into trying something new. Don’t think of what you can or can’t do, think of building yourself up from the inside out.
