I remember when I first began my fitness journey, and not having the materials I have now. That didn’t stop me I was determined to getting my mojo back 😏.
Now the world is at a pause, and we really have to think about how we’re doing things….how we’re living.
It’s time to get on track, and not having the materials YOU wish you had shouldn’t stop you!

You can seriously use a chair for anything, including yoga.
Most beginners shy away from doing yoga for many reasons. Sometimes it’s their balance or flexibility that worries them. Yoga does not discriminate, yoga is for EVERYONE! it’s all about finding what works for you.
Don’t limit yourself because of fear, use that as your motivation. You only have yourself to rely on, but you can also use a chair 💪🏿😎. LETS GET HEALTHY!
