Balls aren’t just for kids, and us adults can have more fun with them. It’s all about being creative and finding out how to use it…

What you’ll need 🤔….

just a ball and if you don’t have one, you can still workout!

Pictured: inner thigh workout (adductors)

chest press (squeeze chest with the ball)

hamstring curls (heels on top of the ball drag ball towards you)

forearm & standard plank

crunches

ball passes (alternating from have to feet)

and squats (hold or movement)

Try it out (1 to 2mins of work, longer if you desire).
