Starting this Saturday 2/28 I will be facilitating yoga sessions and workouts (rotating every Saturday) from 7a-7:30a.

These group sessions will take place via ZOOM, cameras can be on or off but mics will be automatically turned off (so there’s no extra background noise).
If you’re a little shy, no worries! This is a safe place and all levels are welcome!
