What Does Getting Your Mojo Back Mean To YOU?

Just because you’re on a self love/ self care journey doesn’t mean it’ll be peaches and cream all the time. The journey (well at least for me) is also about recognizing the negatives. What do you do when you come across a negative situation? Are you obligated to address the issue right away? Well this can depend on the person and situation at hand, but are you becoming better at addressing these different issues?

Getting my mojo back isn’t just doing what’s best for you, it is also doing what’s best as a whole. You become more mindful of your power and how you like to use it. One of my favorite powers is pausing. Instead of reacting to a situation right away, I’d pause and breathe. Maybe I’d excuse myself and revisit the situation at a different time. Getting my mojo back is recognizing those unhealthy habits and allowing yourself to create healthier ones. Reacting to everything and anything becomes exhausting, so why tire yourself out. Instead find ways to charge yourself and act from your higher self.

There is always room for improvement.
