This practice was created to re-center and re-energize. While in Shanmukhi mudra, Bhramari pranayama (bumble bee breath) can also be practiced, go however long you need. This pranayama helps relieve anger and anxiety, which is great after asana practice. Please do your research for any contraindications and benefits you’re looking to reap.
