Sometimes you gotta leave people with their own turmoil. You know the ones who are miserable deep down. When things are up for them it’s up, and when they’re down it’s times ten! As an energy person, it can get pretty overwhelming, especially when the other has a lot of emotional baggage.
It is not your responsibility to carry any weight that isn’t yours. You can help them cross the street, but you can’t be the one going back and forth for them. It is your duty to move accordingly and to move forward along your own path.
Everyone is moving, and you’re going to come across people along the way. They will either move along with you or not. Life is a lot like driving on the freeway. We all have a destination, but we may not get off the same exit…
The main reason I am so dedicated to my health and wellness is because I see what it looks like when we don’t take care of ourselves. I have also been on the other side, and I was miserable with myself. We all have to do better when it comes to our health, and this includes both mental and physical. How can you expect to thrive if you’re afraid to do better, think better, and feel better for yourself?
One way I like to feel better, do better, and think better for myself is making time for my yoga practice. Regardless if it is alone, or with others, the connection within is like no other and we all need it from time to time.
This yin yoga practice demonstrates how I teach online. This also depends on what type of yoga practice is requested, as well as the theme. All in all, I think it is important to focus on our chakras, because it helps activate/re-activate our internal energy resources.
