How often are you getting up to move your body?
Unknowingly, we’ll sit for hours at a time, compressing and tightening up our muscles and nerves. PLEASE get up and give your body the love it needs.
We are not meant to sit all day, so we have to make more of an effort to get up and move. Prevention of physical ailments all depends on your overall health, however, we have the power to acknowledge what needs to be done.
Listen/ feel closely to your body….
What does your body need?
Set a timer!
If you need to, set a timer (10-30mins for an example), so that you can remind yourself to stand/ stretch if needed….
Drink plenty of water!
Keep your body hydrated, think of your internal organs….
Limit sitting as much as you can (after work, or before)….
Get physical!
Walk, or exercise. It doesn’t have to be for a long time, it’s all about the effort.
Intention.
Don’t take your body for granted, love and treat your body right & your body will do you right.
