Yoga is more than just movement and meditation, it is a way of life. The 8 Limbs of Yoga from Patanjali’s Ashtanga practice, focuses on how to take yoga off the mat and into the real world. This is for those who are looking to live a more balanced life, not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

I have uploaded a few videos in the previous years on YouTube, and this video will be the last focusing on the Yama & Niyama limb (outlining Asteya, and Isvara Pranidhana).

PS. Although there’s a lot of information about the 8 Limbs of Yoga, sometimes it takes others to hear the message differently, from different people, and examples.
