  • ANYWHERE!
  • TIME
  • Privacy & Comfort
  • Save money (Gas)
  • Creativity

With internet access, you can literally do anything. And you can do these wonderful things, like workout or practice yoga, just about anywhere. You don’t have to worry about going to a gym, waiting on machines, and other tools to use because you’ll be in the comfort of your own space. Oh and who says you need anything for a good workout? All you need is YOU!

Time is precious and valuable, and when people train online they are able to save time and energy. These days, it’s all about accessibility. You can connect online at work, on vacation, and in other time zones, etc. You don’t have to “wait” to come home to workout, and you don’t have to wait to go to the gym. There are no limitations, especially when you have a device where you can connect.

If you’re a hsp (highly sensitive person), empath, introvert, or maybe ALL 3 like myself, then you probably love privacy and comfort more than anything. Going to the gym can be fun when you’re dying to get out of the house and change the scenery for a bit, but then you have to be around others, and you might just want to vibe alone. Most of my clients, are either introverts, or busy bodies, and they train with me because of comfort and privacy. When you’re training 1 on 1 with someone, it allows us to focus more precisely on individual goals/needs. And of course you’re able to create a stronger bond, hopefully with another likeminded individual.

With gas prices, food, and housing going up, what better way than to save money by reevaluating and prioritizing your health, physically, mentally, and all of the above. Training, or taking other types of classes/sessions online is a great way to save money. You don’t have to worry about driving anywhere, stopping to get gas, or buying things you don’t necessarily need at the gym. All of the things you need are at home. You don’t need to get up and spend money, or time, just so you’re able to workout. Instead, you get up and pick a spot in the comfort of your home, and connect with a device of your choice. Easy peezy….

Lastly, the creativity is endless. Who says you need machines to workout, who says you need weights, or any other workout gear? All of these are optional, but all-in-all you just need your body and a device to connect online, that’s it! Creative workouts are all around you, and I’m glad I’ve been in the game for over a decade. Creating and coming up with different workouts for each individual is my specialty. No matter who you are, or what your abilities are, there is a program that can help you get closer to your health and fitness goals.
