Yoga Nidra helps prepare us for more quality sleep allowing us to fully relax and unwind after a long day.

This type of practice involves breath and mental work. Think of yoga for the breath (pranayama), and yoga for the mind (meditation). Pranayama helps regulate our breathing, and meditation helps calm the mind. BOTH helps us become more present!
