As a HSP (highly sensitive person), super empath & introvert, I find it VERY Very v e r y important to check in with yourself. Learning to check in, even in the midst of different situations, has allowed me to relax and accept more. A lot of us hsp are prone to anxiety and depression because of how we intake and outtake. Some of us are even more reactive because of what has buildup overtime…
But how do you release?
Everything I do from exercising, practicing yoga and meditation has helped me more than any drug (but that’s not to say they aren’t helpful too, we’re all different and need different approaches). However, it is to say that it has allowed me to become aware of my own energy.

*Sidenote I recently took a small Reiki break because occasionally I like to drink (alcohol) and for me Reiki and alcohol doesn’t mix… when you think about it, Reiki cleanses and allows your energy to vibrate higher, and alcohol decreases it…
I did a Reiki session on myself Wednesday night and again Thursday morning and it was quite lovely. I miss the feeling of being bliss. That night I felt so much unnecessary weight lifted off and was able to go to bed without fighting with anxiety, and Thursday morning felt more like a boost of cleansing energy.
This reminded me why I don’t practice Reiki while enjoying other life’s festivities, but it also made me realize how much I really need it. Nothing can compare to the state of feeling blissful and at ease.
The less we stress the more we can grow.

I find it extremely important to focus on the #mind #body #soul so you can create your own #moj0, and because of our sensitivities it is important we find things we enjoy so we can practice them on a regular basis.
You vibrate higher by:
- recognizing your emotions and becoming friends with them (how would you treat a loving friend/family?)
- finding hobbies that make your senses tingly
- finding hobbies that help decompress your senses
- Having quiet time (meditation)
- taking breaks from EVERYTHING!
- become one with nature (nature walks/hikes)
- eating healthy (do you have to change your relationship with food?)
- eliminating ALL unhealthy things in your life (be it people, jobs, romantic relationships, etc.)
- fast! (remove toxins from your body and become more whole)
- spend time alone (learn to charge your vibrations)
- practice healthy ways of BEing (8 limbs of yoga)
There are so many holistic ways to vibrate higher because there are so many ways to lower our frequency. We experience low frequency vibrations all the time, so it’s only right we charge ourselves back up.
