As a highly sensitive person, and empath who absorbs everything from everyone, I’ve learned to notice what my feelings and senses are telling me. Certain things are heightened to the max and I find myself annoyed or sometimes very pleased depending on the feeling. I didn’t understand this sensitivity before, because some are more emotionally expressed than others. But having sensitive senses (feeling/touching, hearing, seeing, tasting, smelling, knowing) has helped me more than not. It’s like another superpower that I use to guide me through this material world. Growing up in a stressful and toxic environment can do that, and attending 10 (yes 10!) different elementary schools can make you feel unstable. Now that I’ve found stability within myself and surroundings, I feel MOre at peace no matter what changes around me. Before I was adaptable because I had to be, but now I am adaptable because I choose to be, and I trust what MY senses are telling me ✨🧘🏿‍♀️🌌 #mojosthoughts #hsp #superempath . . . #adhd #mentalhealth #healthandwellness #highlysensitiveperson #qotd #spirituality #GOodMOrning #selfreflecting #meditating #selfobservation #growing #trustyourself #trustyoursenses #adaptability #sensibility #getttingmymojoback #selfawareness #compassion #individuality #trustyourgut #theyogiminimalistfitenthusiast https://www.instagram.com/p/CWGi2f5vAnC/?utm_medium=share_sheet
