Falling For Fall & Ready…

Falling For Fall & Ready…

Fall and winter are amongst us, and like the changes in the seasons, we change as individuals. Well some of us, if we’re aware of it. I admit, I’m one of those whose affected by the seasonal changes. Yet here I am living in California LOL. I am sensitive to all the changes around me, but being aware of these changes, and how it affects me, helps determine what I need to do. I absolutely LOVE the fall season, spring being my second favorite. Now don’t get me wrong, I enjoy the summer, not so much the winter, but it is all about making the best of it. That’s why I am a huge fan of mother nature, as she teaches us to change even when we are not ready for it, or simply embracing what is there. Presence.

And speaking  about presence. That’s exactly what I’ve been, and will continue working on. I know I haven’t written on here in a few months, but I have been writing a little more in my journal. There is just some things that you have to do for yourself, and without the world knowing. Nothing major, except growing and learning, and embracing the fact that it is an everlasting event. Growing and learning. I also been working on holistic healing, and wanted to share my other website with you.

http://www.mojococoa.myctfocbd.com/ is my latest project, and I’m excited about it!

I was first introduced to CBD oil from a roommate, who uses it to treat a variety of health problems, and I must say I’m INLOVE! This will not get you high like marijuana, however, it will provide other side effects that are quite necessary for a overall healthy body/mind. Of course you have to consider other factors in your life that may be contributing to whatever type of health mishap you’ll like to release, but I do recommend checking out the website, in which will provide more information. Also, I have a designated IG about the use of CBD oil, and would love for you to follow me there and we can discuss this further. IG: mojococoa.cbd. Anyways, getting back to the discovery of changes, embrace it, challenge it, and learn to be flexible with it.

Til next time.

Much Love!

Inhale, I Exhale/Excel…

Inhale, I Exhale/Excel…

I Feel Too Much, so I’d rather do. And I can’t quite describe it, it’s like a rabbit stuck in a hole, and suddenly it hops right out of it. I must do, because if I don’t the feelings will subdue, and I refuse to lose. Oh my God, the feelings are becoming stronger, I have to do something, otherwise it’ll turn into a big bother. I have to allow these feelings to guide me, what is my purpose? What are you trying to advise me? Inhale, I Exhale, I’m learning to take it all in. Inhale, I Excel, I knew this would happen, my intuition is my ultimate captain. I learn to trust myself more by ignoring the distractions. They are just there to disssssstract, and I’m not here for all of that. Inhale, I Exhale, I’m feeling a little better. Sometimes the feelings become so intense, I feel as if I’m under the weather. I’m not. I’m just in my feelings, trying to sort things out, trying to get the their meanings. Inhale, I Excel. I refuse to hold myself back. Anyone who knows me, knows that, so why would you expect me to allow you to do that? Inhale, I Exhale. I love, and I forgive. Continuously. Life is like that sometimes, you breathe in, taking it for what it is. You breathe out, letting the lessons of life flow about. Inhale…. now Exhale/Excel it all out.

Funny Friday Foolery -_-

Funny Friday Foolery -_-

Nothing is more embrassing than having the cops search your home….for nothing.

It was a beautiful day. I had just got off work early, and decided to go home and relax. It was on a Friday, so a few of my friends wanted to hang out, but being the loner that I really am, I decided to spend time alone; at home, where no one else was. The boyfriend, at the time, and his brother were already gone, so I was really going to enjoy my space. No noise, no bodies around, just me and my cats. I get a lot of things done while being alone, so I napped, cleaned, wrote, and blasted music. Sounds like a good day right?

Then, people began showing up. The boyfriend, at the time, and his brother came home….with their people, so let the weekend shenangins began. We were having a good time until I tried to open my bedroom door. It felt like someone was pushing the door back. And because there were so many people in the house, I thought someone was playing around. I had the brother come upstairs to open the door and he experienced the same thing, except he freaked out and said “SOMEBODY’S IN HERE!”. He frantically ran down the stairs, and had everyone go outside. My boyfriend thought it was a great idea to put me and my cats in the storage unit downstairs. I was laughing hysterically because I was nervous, but I knew this couldn’t be happening. I was here all day!

They decided to call the cops, and I kid you not, there were about 6 of them that showed up. Oh, and they brought their dogs too. It was too much, I couldn’t believe this was happening. I told the boyfriend and his brother that there couldn’t be any strangers up there, but they thought someone was trying to rob us by climbing through the window. This is why you can’t smoke certain types of marijuana. The cops searched all over, and no one was found. They noticed it was my huge bag that was hanging on the door, which was pushing the door back. This happened about 6 years ago, and still to this day I laugh. This is just a reminder that even through your most trying times (like an unhealthy relationship), there is always something funny to look back at. I will go more into detail about this relationship, but for now, I wanted to share something funny. Super embarassing right?

Have a marvelous Friday everyone! More to come, so stay tuned!
